Rob Clements - LenderLive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Clements joined LenderLive Holdings, Inc. as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer in July 2017. Mr. Clements previously served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of EverBank Financial Corp. During his 23-year tenure at EverBank, he led the transformation of EverBank from a monoline mortgage company with less than $200 million in assets into a nationwide banking franchise with over $27.3 billion in total assets.

Mr. Clements currently serves as Advisor on the Jacksonville University Public Policy Board, Trustee on the Board of Directors for the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce, Member of the Jacksonville Civic Council, and Trustee of Isidore Newman School. Formerly, he served as Member of the Federal Reserve’s Thrift Institutions Advisory Council (TIAC), Director of Fidelity National Information Services, Inc., Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Episcopal School of Jacksonville, and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of St. Mark’s Episcopal Day School. Mr. Clements was recently inducted into the First Coast Business Hall of Fame.

Mr. Clements received a B.A. in Economics from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

John Surface - LenderLive President and Chief Operations Officer

Mr. Surface joined LenderLive Holdings, Inc. as the President and Chief Operations Officer in July 2017. Mr. Surface previously served as Senior Executive Vice President at EverBank Financial Corp and was responsible for corporate strategy, capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, and new growth initiatives.

Mr. Surface currently serves on the Boards of Directors of the Jacksonville Symphony Orchestra and InvestJax, and on the Williams School Board of Advisors for Washington & Lee University. Formerly, he served on the Boards of Directors of Habijax and LISC Jacksonville and as Board Chair of the Jacksonville Museum of Science and History.

Mr. Surface received a B.S. in Business Management, magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from Washington and Lee University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Lorie Helms - LenderLive Chief Information Officer

Ms. Helms is Chief Information Officer for LenderLive Holdings, Inc. and oversees the company’s IT operations, proprietary application development, security and data  management. Previously, Ms. Helms served as Chief Technology Officer for Stewart Lender Services (formerly Allonhill). Her responsibilities included oversight of application development, reporting and analytics, project management, deal implementation, and IT operations.

With more than 20 years in information technology, Ms. Helms’ earlier career included a position as Vice President of Application Development at Avelo Mortgage (a Goldman Sachs Company) and Director of Development at Optum, Inc. (now Parametric Technology Corp).

In 2013, Ms. Helms was selected as a finalist for the Denver Business Journal’s CIO of the Year Award.

Ms. Helms holds two B.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering and Biomedical Engineering from Duke University.

Bill Maw - LenderLive Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Maw is Chief Financial Officer for LenderLive Holdings, Inc. He previously spent more than a decade with Liquidnet Holdings, Inc., a financial technology company that facilitates equities and fixed income trading for the world’s leading asset management firms in 45 markets. Mr. Maw was responsible for all aspects of finance for Liquidnet, led the company’s capital raising process and oversaw acquisitions. In addition, he was responsible for forecasts, business performance analysis and reporting, and board material preparation.

Prior to that, Mr. Maw spent 10 years at General Electric where he held a series of senior finance positions. He began his career in public accounting with firms including Price Waterhouse.

Mr. Maw is a board member and chair of the Audit Committee of PYXERA Global, Inc., an international NGO. He is also a member of the Advisory Board for the Massachusetts Institute of Technology IDEAS Global Challenge.

Mr. Maw was educated in the UK and is a Chartered Accountant.

Maria Moskver - LenderLive General Counsel and Enterprise Compliance Officer

Ms. Moskver is General Counsel and Enterprise Compliance Officer for LenderLive Holdings, Inc. She brings more than 20 years of experience in consumer financial services, including servicing, loss mitigation, bankruptcy and operations. Ms. Moskver has extensive knowledge of federal and state-specific regulatory issues, including the requirements imposed by TILA, RESPA, FCRA, FDCPA, Dodd-Frank, and state-specific regulations. Ms. Moskver frequently speaks at industry conferences, authors articles, and moderates a monthly mortgage webinar and a quarterly vehicle finance webinar covering both state and federal regulatory compliance updates. She was recognized as a 2016 Leading Lady by MReport magazine as part of its Women in Housing edition.

Ms. Moskver has previously served as Chief Compliance Officer, Senior Compliance Counsel, and General Counsel to companies within the financial services industry.

Ms. Moskver was previously co-chair of the ALFN Collections Group and is a member of its Legislative and Regulatory Practice Group, the State Government Affairs Committee of AFSA, the Publications Committee of the USFN, and the State Legislative and Regulatory Committee of the MBA.

Ms. Moskver graduated magna cum laude from the Colorado College with a B.A. in Economics and Business. She received a J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law where she served as Business Editor of the Denver Journal of International Law and Policy. Ms. Moskver also received an M.B.A from the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business.

Adam Nichols - LenderLive Chief Administrative Officer

Mr. Nichols is Chief Administrative Officer for LenderLive Holdings, Inc., where he is responsible for corporate operations including enterprise risk management, quality control, human resources and vendor management. Mr. Nichols previously served as Chief Financial Officer for LenderLive.

Mr. Nichols was former Chief Financial Officer for Guardian Mortgage Documents, which LenderLive acquired in 2008. Throughout his career, Mr. Nichols has held several senior business management and finance positions. Early in his career, he served as Finance Director for a regional competitive local exchange carrier.

Mr. Nichols received a B.S. in Business Administration-Finance from New Mexico State University.

Pete Pannes - President of LenderLive Services, LLC

Mr. Pannes is the President of LenderLive Services, LLC and oversees the Settlement Services and Document Services lines of business. Prior to joining LenderLive, he was a founding member of NMI Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: NMIH), a fast-growing mortgage insurance company, serving as both Chief Sales Officer and Executive Vice President.

Mr. Pannes has worked in the mortgage and credit sectors for nearly three decades, holding numerous leadership positions in sales and marketing. Before NMI, Mr. Pannes spent more than 20 years at PMI Mortgage Insurance Co. operating in a number of sales roles, most notably Senior Vice President of Field Sales & National Accounts. At PMI, he facilitated the launch of CMG Mortgage Insurance Company, which was jointly owned by PMI and CUNA Mutual and provided mortgage insurance to credit unions, additionally, serving on its board.

Mr. Pannes received a B.S. in Business Administration from Arizona State University.
